Today am here to get help for account deactivation under section 3. In Orignal Notification Amazon Mentioned that I found in Relation with another account and I know that account that was my Cousin's account and This Link up created when he asked my debit card and without informing me he used my card in his account.

Than his account deactivated and Amazon want to identify his identity ( I helped him in Virtual Verification call too ) in which he failed but than my account also get deactivation which told me that I need to Reactivate my cousin account.

I did not use his account. I do not have access to his account And I never Opened his account on my System and for Proving this to Amazon I asked him to immediately Remove my card from his account and I submitted Notirised Affidavit that I have no access to my cousin account and I give affidavit that My account Information will not be used in any other account But It has been 2 days I did not hear back from Amazon.

He used your card (authorized or not) to open his account; that establishes a pretty solid link.

Your best bet is to do whatever it takes to get his account activated; as when an account is deactivated, ALL linked accounts are deactivated.

And keep in mind, Amazon moves at a glacial pace. The only things that happen quickly are auto-denials; so as hard as it is to believe, 2 days of waiting (so far) is actually a GOOD sign, in that the bots did not kick you out, and eventually, a real person will look at your submission.

I see your account is deactivated due to the relationship with your Cousin. This can for sure be difficult and frustrating trying to resolve.

I will try and provide some general guidance. For greater detail concerning your specific situation, please provide an ASIN, Case ID or Performance Notification. With that information and the help from an internal team, I am able to research in greater detail.

It is probably a good thing you are aware your Cousin's account that is the cause of your deactivation. You also know he used your credit card and that is what linked the accounts together. Sometime this happens and you do not know the other seller.

This is really the best way to correct this.

But, if this is not possible, for this situation, where you recognize the other account but do not own it, these are your steps:

  1. Provide a signed affidavit explaining who owns the other account and their relationship to you. You should specify what roles/access do they have or have had in the past to their Amazon account. The affidavit should either be notarized, or signed in the presence of a lawyer. You should provide information on how to access the legal professional's bar number (or similar)”
  2. Any official documentation to support their claim, like a bank statement (in case they made a payment to the person who owns the other account) .

For this to be acceptable, you need to make sure ALL connections with your Cousin's account are NO longer connecting you. As the cousin used your credit card, you should no longer use that card with your account. All the connections need to be terminated.

Please review: Address a Multiple Account Policy violation and Comply with Amazon’s Multiple Account policy

I hope this information is helpful to you.
