I received a threatening message from another seller on the list about my product, which I have been selling for a while, and then I received a complaint that the product I sold was fake. I want to prove that my products are not fake. You requested the supplier's invoice from me. We sent an invoice but you did not accept it. I want to cooperate on this issue, I want to prove that my invoice is original, but the deliberate slander of a seller is ending my business life, your injustice is Amazon, now you see those who do the wrong job and those who do the right job as the same, you ended our Amazon business because of these pirates, unfortunately we started to shift to other platforms.

When you received this communication, where and how did you receive this? Can you provide any evidence of this communication, or if you have already tried reporting this behavior via a case, can you provide your case ID so we can look further into the situation? When you received a complaint of the products authenticity, do you have any supporting evidence that ties the communication received to the referenced order?

Typically in these situations, even as you mentioned that you feel this was done intentionally, we however treat all concerns of authenticity equally and will still require you to provide proof that your products are sourced appropriately from an authorized distributor with valid invoices. You can review our invoice requirements help page which also offers guidance on why invoices may be rejected. Did you receive a notification on why the documents were not accepted?

Since you mentioned we did not accept your invoices, can you provide more information on the brand, product and where they were sourced from? Do you have invoices or receipts? Does your invoice reference not only your product but the brand associated with it? Does your invoice include information such as the suppliers information, your information to confirm you received the products purchased?
