payment problem
Hello dear forum officials,
On December 15th, Amazon sent my payment to my registered bank account. However, the payment is still not visible in my bank account. When I contact Payoneer, they say they cannot see the payment with Trace ID: 5FNSE90GZ73XJ5O. Payoneer has been investigating the issue for 1 week and they still haven't provided a solution. I don't know if Amazon finance needs to contact the bank and reflect the money in my account. Can you please help?

I've sent this information to our Escalations team and they have replied with the following:
"Disbursement in the amount of $5,385.59 was successfully deposited at this Seller Bank on 12/15/24 has not been returned to Amazon. Seller's Bank acknowledged that payment on 12/06/24 under trace ID 5FNSE90GZ73XJ5O.
Please advise Seller to contact their Bank's ACH department to locate their funds."
