Hate for Seller Support !
We are here for over 3 years and we never experienced ''Real Help'' from so called Seller Support. Regardless of problem, We never witnessed this much of incapable people group together!
More than 3 years, we asking questions about Featured offers and each time they give same answers, the answers all sellers can find it on Search engines.
Lastly, we asked, why our listings seems like we have Featured offers in ''Manage Inventory'' page with green tick but actually we dont? Ghost Buybox. They transferred to so called Relevant Team (I think they hire kids for that department) and they replied '' Seems like your prices are significantly high. We do have 1000 listing and we have the Lowest prices for each of our listings! We asked back, ''If so, How the heck other sellers can get Buybox since they already higher than us!
They replied, We can not discuss all factors blah blah blah. Our metrics are perfect, no violations and we provide always quickest delivery time with best prices. Pricing Health doing good too.
Maybe, someone here can help me for good!

This means that not all sellers may be eligible for the Featured Offer. I won't be able to provide any details on how this selection is determined beyond the information provided in the Become the Featured Offer help page.
At this time, I have initiated an internal review of your Featured Offer Eligibility for the product mentioned in case 17546457121. I won't be able to give details on the results but I will indicate when the review is complete.
