Amazon asking for New Supplier

Hello, I have had my Amazon seller account deactivated for about two weeks. It all started with them asking me for invoices for these brands I had listed, automotive brands. I provided all invoices. Later, they asked for other invoices for 3 other asins, denied again. After that they requested for my suppliers suppliers invoices direct with the big brand, also got denied. Now they are asking for me to purchase from a new supplier at least 10 quantity, I'm feeling really discouraged and almost discriminated againt. Anyone have any idea ? Has this happened to you before? What exactly are they looking for? The customer service seems to be based out of the US and read off a script. I hope someone can give me some insight and hope on this process.

Do you have an actual contract with the brand you are trying to sell? Does your contract give you permission to sell on amazon? Are you on the whitelist of these brands showing that you are approved to sell them on amazon?

Suppliers can not grant you permission to sell someone else brand.

Hello @Seller_tMdrJHUmYyTiL,

Thank you for posting here on the Forums.

"Hello, I have had my Amazon seller account deactivated for about two weeks. It all started with them asking me for invoices for these brands I had listed, automotive brands. I provided all invoices. From what you have shared so far, I see that your account has been deactivated due to authenticity concerns and you would like some guidance on what your next steps will look like to get this resolved.

When it comes to these requests, you must provide invoices for the affected ASINs that meet our document requirements. If the documents you are providing are unable to be verified or do not meet our document requirements, they will likely be rejected.

I would like to share some helpful information about invoices requirements...

Invoices must include:

-A clearly displayed issue date within the past 365 days before the receipt of the performance notification.

-Quantity sufficient to cover your sales volumes for each ASIN cited in the performance notification over the past 365 days.

-Sales records for each of the ASIN associated with the policy violation. You may choose to highlight the specific product that you are appealing for, if the invoice has multiple different products bought on it.

-Product identifiers that are easy to understand. These can include product name, model number, or Universal Product Code (UPC) that can be validated online.

-Contact information of your supplier, including a name, phone number, address, and website. We won’t share this information with our retail team or other Amazon sellers.

Other important considerations for your invoices:

-Any document you provide must be authentic and unaltered.

-You can remove pricing information from the invoices, but make sure that all other information is visible and clear.

-We might reach out to the supplier to verify your documents information and will always keep your suppliers’ information confidential.

-The invoice must be in PDFs (.pdf) or image files (.jpg, .png, or .gif) format.

-The invoice must document a completed and fulfilled transaction.

Can you confirm if the documents you have submitted meet the requirements listed above? Are you able to reach out to the brand directly to obtain an authorization letter issued to you that grants you permission to utilize their intellectual property and sell their items?

If you have been asked to submit new supplier invoices, the item on the invoice must be a different category of product and have at least 10 quantity. Have you obtained a new supplier? If so, which category have you chosen to sell in?

I know I have provided a lot of information and asked a lot of questions. Once you have reviewed this, please feel free to respond here for further guidance. The Forums community and I are here to support you.

Wishing you the best,

LeviDylan
