Missing inventory 0/150 units received

Receiving said my entire box was empty! 0 units out of 150 received. I submitted a case and they closed it almost immediately, even after submitting the documents they wanted! I tried one more time with the same result. :(

Hi @Seller_df9wUI2i3RNFJ,

My team provided the findings in the case ending in 7771. Our investigation found the shipment actually contained units of a FNSKU that is also linked to the ASIN in question. It is critical that you send accurately labeled inventory to the fulfillment center as inventory is received based upon the scannable barcode and each FNSKU (X00) unique.
