Read onlyWe completed KYC with my US bank account for a US-based business.
I was asked by Amazon to change by deposit bank account on Seller Central to a PSP account assigned by Amazon while the KYC process was on-going (it's completed now).
Due to this, all my disbursements for Amazon.com and Amazon.com.mx sales since August 29th have been going to Amazon's bank account.
A team told me they manually processed my disbursements last week, and I should have received them by Monday Oct.7th. I didn't receive anything.
Subsequently, they claim 2 times in a row that my bank is refusing the transfer. I bank with one of the largest US banks. I have never had an issue receiving a correctly processed transfer from Amazon for the last 10 years.
Why are my disbursements continue to stall? Can someone please help me escalate this issue. I was last asked to provide an alternative bank account due to this issue, which I did. I have been told for 3 weeks now to patiently wait, the money is coming. This is now nearing 6 figures in disbursements missing from my bank account. We're in a really bad position not being to pay vendors prior to the holiday season.

Hello again, CR back here. From what I can tell on my end, you have been receiving regular disbursements in your US account with the most recent one being 10/7/2024 and have a scheduled payment set for 10/18/2024.

I see that you are saying that the payments, although they are shown as disbursed with a Trace ID # are not making it to your account.
I am going to see if I can engage with the appropriate partner team here to see if we can get some additional information for you here.
