Amazon Account Reinstatement Process

My Amazon account was deactivated due to a verification issue. I updated all required documents and information and did virtual verification, yet my account is still deactivated. I appealed, but I was told there was not enough information to reinstate my account. Please, how can I resolve this issue?

In order to help we will need to understand more about what you provided during the process.

Typically verification requires :

  • Valid credit card on the account (not expiring any time soon)
  • Valid ID
  • Recent Utility Bill
  • Often if the seller has items listed Amazon will also request invoices for the inventory

All of this must exactly match what you have entered into your Account Info > Legal Entity and Business Address sections.

It would help the mods if you post:

  • Case ID, if you have one
  • The last notice of denial from Amazon
