I've submitted all required document for compliance and one particular case has been in review for over two weeks now and three others going to a week.

Case ID: 15365665481 (opened on May 30th).

Case IDs: 15424155301, 15424032391, and 15424053431 (opened on June 11)

This is unusual, normally within 48-72 hours the compliance team reviews and informs you of approval or request more documents if they need anything else.

But this time, it's been silence. No response, nothing. I've tried calling seller support numerous and account health and they just ask me to wait.

Any suggestions on how to escalate and get the compliance team to review submitted documents?

Hello, I submitted the incorrect documents for compliance for 2 items which are currently under review. I was reaching out to see if there was any way I could get the case reopened so I could submit the correct compliance documents so it can be accepted.

We submitted all our necessary compliance documents for our new asin. It has been over a week and we have not heard anything. How long does the review process take? We can't ship our shipment until Amazon approves our compliance documents.
