Read onlyI've submitted all required document for compliance and one particular case has been in review for over two weeks now and three others going to a week.
Case ID: 15365665481 (opened on May 30th).
Case IDs: 15424155301, 15424032391, and 15424053431 (opened on June 11)
This is unusual, normally within 48-72 hours the compliance team reviews and informs you of approval or request more documents if they need anything else.
But this time, it's been silence. No response, nothing. I've tried calling seller support numerous and account health and they just ask me to wait.
Any suggestions on how to escalate and get the compliance team to review submitted documents?
