I had sent a product through amazon easy ship after 4 days I received notification that buyer address is undeliverable, refund applied and product is returning after 5 days when received the return package and after some days I open the package I found garbage in it and nothing. It was very disappointing.

I faced this type of issue many time, but only one time I was eligible for file safe-T claim.

Product theft by amazon easy ship is common and the company is taking no strong action against them( easy ship guys)

from the starting the amazon easy ship courier partner said to deliver and take back the return from their warehouse . they will not pickup/return our orders from/to our location . because our product is heavy ranging from 2 to 20kg . please contact as soon as possible

I'm a new seller and my orders are not picked by the easy ship team, they picked the order after two days from the scheduled date and now they changed the status as package is damaged during the transit. I don't understand without picking up the orders on time. They are simply changing the status to the package damaged and returned. My first three orders were not delivered, instead, they changed the status as the product is damaged during transit and one order was returned. I don't know what is happening in Amazon.

I think Amazon has to look into this issue.
