My account is inactive after not being active. I updated my credit card and it is still showing as inactive. Please help.

Thank you for using the Forums. It appears beyond the credit card information you also need to submit your identity documents to re-verify your account, please click "Reactivate Account" in the Account dashboard to provide the documents requested:
