Hi everyone,
I’m considering selling handmade tumblers with custom designs on Amazon, but I want to make sure I’m fully aware of any policies, restrictions, or potential issues that could arise. Are there any specific rules about selling handmade items like tumblers, especially if they feature custom designs (like vinyl or painted artwork)
I’d appreciate any advice or experiences from those who have sold similar products. Thanks in advance!
Hey @Seller_hbynGKJGCyHyV,
Thank you for posting here at the forums and sharing your question with us.
I don't believe we have something specific for tumblers, however my best suggestion is to follow handmade guidelines in general.
Let me know if you have any other question.
Thank you,
Joey
I would strongly suggest against selling anything customized here on Amazon. Customized items are non-returnable. This does not mean they are non-refundable. Amazon will refund any buyer, without asking any questions, and the buyer gets to keep the item you sent them. You as the seller are charged for the refund. You will most certainly lose money because the scammers and con artists in the world are aware of this loophole. I recommend Etsy. They care about their sellers and buyers, not just the buyers. This doesn't happen there.
