My listing has been active for NINE YEARS with no issues until Amazon erroneously removed the product description and then "Search Suppressed" my listing due to THEIR error. Contacting Customer Support three times about this issue has been a waste of time.
I can see in this forum that the issue of deleted product descriptions has been known to Amazon for months now, yet they provide absolutely no support in resolving this.
Amazon's Seller Support sucks. Long live Ebay!

Had same issue with around 15 items with removed bullet points & descriptions. They were corrected as soon as I edited the listings and removed the HTML from my bullet points and descriptions. It took some time to re-edit & re-enter the bullet points and descriptions but that corrected my problem.
This is not new. Amazon is probably not the one who did it. This is how a hack or hijack starts. Good luck you will most likely not get help from amazon. Hope a Mod chimes in for you. Amazon has never helped us. We had to relist.
Oh thats cool. They just restricted all sega items which was a quarter of my inventory and didnt even tell anyone and also just straight deleted all the listings so i cant even go to my inactive inventory to find out which listings they closed. Its great here and just keeps getting better.
Same issue. All suppressed listings claiming No color and department not provided which makes no sense since both attributes are required to list an item.
Ours was an easy fix. We needed to remove "100% Money Back Guarantee" and all is well with our listing. We contacted support and they told us exactly what was creating the issue, after creating 4 separate tickets.

I just wanted to stop by and check in to see if everything was resolved? I did take a look at CASE ID ending in 1631 and it looks like support was able to ensure your product description was updated. I did not see any search suppression notices as of June 18th, 2024.
