I have a return request where the returned item (FBM) was received, and a full refund was automatically issued, as evidenced by the order transaction. However, the item has been in the "Prior refund: Applied" status for 10 days on the Manage Refund page.
When I attempt to issue a refund for this order on the Refund page, it states "No units to refund." Additionally, when I try to complete this return request, the closest option available is "Partial Refund Issued," which is incorrect since a full refund was issued.
Have I missed any action? Has anyone else encountered this issue? Any advice on how to resolve it would be greatly appreciated.
Case # 15534195201
Best Regards!
Was it a 'buyer faulted' return?
If it was then Amazon shouldn't have charged you for the return label cost.
If that is the case there should be a box there with the cost of the label and a check mark asking if you want to refund the buyer the amount that Amazon actually withheld from them!
My answer is always NO, I do NOT want to refund the buyer for their mistake. Once I check the 'charge buyer' or whatever it says the item goes away (eventually).
