I’m reaching out regarding my product listing with ASIN: B0CFLF9R3D, which is currently being sold in Germany and the UK. I recently updated the listing with 9 new images. However, I’ve noticed that both the old and new images are now appearing on the product detail page, resulting in a total of 18 images being displayed.
My intention was to replace the old images with the new ones, not to have them combined. Could you please assist in resolving this issue so that only the newly uploaded 9 images are displayed on the product detail page?
I also launched a case with seller support team Case ID: 10126507152, But nothing fixed.

As you just have 7 image slot this case is not possible... Where you see the 18 images?

I checked the ASIN and I only see 6 pictures on the detail page.
Also I had a look at the case and it seems that you were asked to to delete the pictures via file upload, did that resolve your issue?
