Read onlyI have had my account deactivated in 06/2024; was told it will take 6 months, account has never been reactivated, and the funds held in the account were never paid out. Was told need a video call, scheduled an apt for 03/03/2025 at 4:30pm came online and spent 1 hour and 35 minutes til 6:05 pm and associate never came on my call. Finally gave up. I need someone from Amazon call me to resolve this issue because it’s not acceptable seller treatment by Amazon!

I understand how frustrating it is to be waiting for a verification interview that couldn't be completed. Typically, if a call is not able to be completed, you would receive a new performance notification. Have you received any new notifications allowing you to reschedule your verification call?
