my product flagged as synthetic cannabinoids after selling on amazon for 5 years

Hello

We have been selling on Amazon for over 4 years and our Frankincense Resin incense has been taken down slowly , with the synthetic cannabinoid explanation.

amazon always reject appeal funny thing This is the same violation on the same product that amazon claim as Restricted Products before two year

We cant lose this list because we have more than 1000 rating and review .

I hope some one can help us .

People smoke/eat it to get high, Just like Nutmeg, gloves, Salivia and Wild Lettuce. I am sure Amazon will soon ban thousands more products once they figure out what the kids are up to these days. But hey, you can buy shroom growing kids everywhere, even of Amazon lol (for science purposes...of course!)

I see that you have received a restricted product policy violation specifically for synthetic cannabinoid products and you have questions about how to resolve this issue.

You mentioned that you had received the same violation for the same product before. Can you share how it was resolved in the past? Do you have any relevant case logs to share about the past issue?

Typically to resolve these, you will have 2 options, 1 is to edit the listing and remove verbiage or content that has gotten the listing flagged under that policy. The 2nd option is to dispute the violation and provide proof that the item is not a synthetic cannabinoid product. What have you submitted in your appeals so far? What proof do you have that this is not a cannabinoid product?

I look forward to learning more about your situation so that we can guide you the best. Once you have reviewed the information and questions above, please feel free to respond here in this thread. The Forums community and I are here to support you.

Wishing you the best,

LeviDylan
