Amazon catagorizing products as "synthetic cannabis", we sell only legal herbal blends.

We have been trying to get Amazon to realize that our products do not have any cannabis in them, and all they keep coming back with is that after review, it is still considered synthetic cannabis. How do I get someone to actually read the ingredient list?

Thank you for using the seller forums. Based on your publication, I understand that some of your listings have been found to violate the restricted products policy since they were identified as containing a type of Synthetic cannabis, however, you do not agree with this determination.

According to ourDrugs and drug paraphernalia policy, products that claim to imitate the effects of a controlled substance, prescription drug, or substance that the FDA has identified as an unapproved new drug or tainted supplement are prohibited.

If you believe there has been an error on this determination, you should submit an explanation through the ‘Submit Appeal’ button next to the deactivated listing and follow the instructions under “Has your listing been deactivated in error?’.

Here you can provide evidence such as:

  • A picture of all sided product packaging that shows the product's ingredient list to the product detail page.
  • you can also provide a certificate of analysis to prove that your products do not contain any illegal synthetic substance. ( This test has to be done by a certified lab).

What type of evidence did you provide on your appeal?

Is there any claim on your listings stating that this products imitate the effects of a control substance?

If you would also like to provide further insight into the specific issue you are having with your account, the Forums community and I will gladly assist to the best of our ability.

Best regards,

-Saeid
