My account was deactivated, after my request for funds withdrawal identity verification call was assigned , two months ago I've completed identity verification, prepared all the necessary supply chain documents and sent them to the email <seller-reactivation-appeals@amazon.com>.

I still haven't received any response from amazon team. I have created cases in my account and did not get any intelligible answer. Please help me to understand whether my documents have been verified or amazon has rejected them.
