How to make a return label USPS instead of UPS

I had a customer who said they received two of the same items in their order but were to have received a pair (one of each). I shipped her the item she didn’t receive. She has now asked for and received a return label for the extra item received. Amazon sent a UPS label.

How do I make the return labels (automatically created by Amazon) for this item USPS Flat rate envelopes? It would save a lot on return shipping.

The customer by the way is awesome!! <3 She put in the notes that no refund is necessary and she is just trying to return the extra item received! <3

Amazon will use USPS for packages less than one pound, and UPS for packages over that. See: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/202103400?ref=id_202103400_cont_202072200

The only way your buyer can use USPS is if you buy a label elsewhere and send it to her. You won’t be charged for the UPS label Amazon sent her if she doesn’t use it.

Thank you David! I sent a message to the customer! Some of our items are small but heavy. They fit into flat rate packages just fine!
