Policy Violation - Customer Product Reviews Policies
Like many other before me I know also received a Policy Violation - Customer Product Reviews Policies
However... THEY DON'T MENTION THE ORDER # SO YOU CAN'T EVEN PROPERLY RESEARCH IT!!!
I have went through every review response in the last 6 months (There are only 6 of them) and non a single one exchanges personal information, asks them to change their review in exchange for anything, etc. etc. I do not do this.
And then when you want to appeal of course they give you zero information again leaving you to guess.
Not getting EXACT SPECIFIC REASONS on why stuff is happening has to be the most frustrating thing about working with Amazon.

Amazon NEVER tells you what you have done. Otherwise others would know exactly what to avoid.
Now reflect yourself what the AI could have found. Did you ask for reviews ("in case of satisfaction") on a product insert? Did you contact customers? Did a friend or a family member leave a rating? Are you member of a review group on social media? YOU have to find out.
You can appeal the violation by explaining EXACTLY what happened and apologize from the bottom of your heart.
How that? Responses to reviews are not possible.
BUT there is also the possibility that YOU gave reviews or an anonymous rating to other sellers.... positive or negative. That is ALSO a violation. I don't think you had the bad idea to rate a competitor with a 1 star.

I just got off the phone with seller support.
This is what they told me.
Many sellers are currently experiencing this same issue, with no exact issue being stated, and they are working on resolving this. I was told not to admit guilt and do not go through that process, just wait it out.
