USPS Ground Advantage no longer available through Amazon Buy Shipping?

Yes, there are many posts on this. Hopefully this glitch will be fixed quickly. All of our orders the last 3 days have had to be shipped offsite.

we have same issue, really sucks as we have to use off site shipping and leave ourselves open to A-Z INR scams...Amazon shipping has had one issue after another lately and yet they still will not accept any off site tracking as proof of delivery even thought it's the same carriers.

They do not list any shipping options that they estimate won't arrive by the expected delivery date.
In no way is the information correct but I see this a lot in our store if I do not ship daily. If I take a day off, I lose the option of GA.
I do not have answers on to fix it without making your shipping time longer, which isn't good for business.

We ship 90% USPS Ground Advantage and 10% Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope thru Amazon Buy Shipping and have not had an issue.
Usually, this is a settings issue and these are the common things to look at:
- Automated Handle Time is turned on ... turn it off.
- If you need to set Handle Time, set it at item level.
- Automated Shipping is turned on ... turn it off.
- If you have a Professional Account, adjust your shipping transit times to be a little longer (example 5 to 8 days instead of 2 to 4 days)
The reason you are not seeing USPS Ground Advantage as an option is that your estimated shipping transit time exceeds the estimated time that Amazon thinks that USPS Ground Advantage will take to deliver using that service (which is based on your total shipping transit time ... aka your handle time + shipping time settings).

We also have noticed this.....at first it seemed to be just orders to California or Florida so I figured maybe it had to do with delivery date. However, since then we've had ones going only 2 states over and even those aren't allowing Ground Advantage.....
We noticed this started last Wednesday.
It's not all orders.....I'd say maybe 10-15% are being affected right now. However, they've also let us print Ground Advantage since Wednesday on orders to like......Washington state (which is further away than Florida). In other words, it's not a settings issue or even a distance issue.... something with their estimated delivery times are screwed up.

I think they added a day or 2 since GA is absolutey horrible and extremely unreliable. if you adjust your shipping times to 5-8 days then you should see it again

Chenge the Ship From address, thats how I fixed it, once you change it from your default it should show you GA

We actually just turned this on today, because of the issue with GA not being available. It says that it protects us, as long as we ship on time, from any negative feedback. Is this not true?
We turned it on assuming without thinking that the only shipping service we provided the Automated Shipping was USPS GA. Are you saying it still won't be available?
Didn't want to switch to 5-8 days but may have to. WHY don't they make it so WE can set the window? 3 to 5 would solve this latest problem.
