Feedback Removal for Untruthful Customer
Here is my Delima. I woke up this morning to a message from a customer....
"Why is shipping taking so long when. I pay for prime. It was false advertising saying fast shipping."
This is the Feedback the customer Left us..
"It offers 2 day prime yet does not really give you that. I'm so upset and am still waiting and now it shows 14th but I ordered it on 4th. When u pay for prime that's what u expect."
Here are the order Details:::
Ship by: Sat, Apr 5, 2025 PDT to Mon, Apr 7, 2025 PDT
Deliver by: Tue, Apr 8, 2025 PDT to Fri, Apr 11, 2025 PDT
We are NOT an Amazon Prime Shipper We packed and shipped the order the SAME day as the customer placed the order. Not all sellers on Amazon offer Prime Shipping.
When the order was Placed These are the windows of delivery and shipping that were provided to the customer.
Ship by: Sat, Apr 5, 2025 PDT to Mon, Apr 7, 2025 PDT
Deliver by: Tue, Apr 8, 2025 PDT to Fri, Apr 11, 2025 PDT
We actually shipped the Order early as we had until today to ship the order.
The deliver By window is April 8 - April 11th and the package Shows a delivery of April 9th
Which is Early as we have until April 11th, 2025 to Deliver this order. We have Met and Exceeded our requirements with Amazon and the cost of the Item is
LESS than even Amazon is selling. The negative feedback given is completely uncalled for and untruthful.
Can we get this Feedback removed?? HOW ON EARTH IS THIS OUR FAULT?? We shipped the Order Early and Its delivering on time... We more than exceeded our expectations with this order and the customer is NOT being Truthful.

Before you lose more hours of your life on this, I'd suggest gently replying to the feedback to tell your side of the story. Then forget about it.
Unfortunately, too many buyers think that because they subscribe to Prime, everything they order on Amazon ships that way. They know not of the difference between Amazon and us.
An uneducated buyer can be a seller's nightmare.
And Amazon has millions of them.

Just your typical greedy, and annoying amazon customer... looking to complain, thinking amazon is a magical vending machine which works perfectly every time..

They probably have you mixed up with another order.
Appeal it and say that you do not offer prime that they have you mixed up with another seller.
You will have about a 50/50 chance of getting it removed.
If not removed, just leave remarks to them stating they have you mixed up.
And they may be doing this as a way to blackmail you into giving a refund.
Most people do not even pay attention to feedback anymore.
