Hi,
I am really upset comunicating with seller support. I asked them to update the title of one ASIN we are selling, after several mails come and go, they asked me to provide all the informtaion and ducoment needed, I replied with everything they want, later they sent a email said it takes 48 hours to make the change.
After 2 days, I saw the title didn't change, and since the case only remian active for 48 hours, I need to open another case to ask for further help, I did it and also methioned the last case id.
Later I got reply from seller support and they ask me do everything again without even checking the last case. It is just meaningless wasting both my and their time. I was so disapponited and feel so helpless there.
