A-to-Z , used amazon shipping, shipped early, delivered early, a-to-z, punished the seller, why????

1. bought shipping label from amazon
2. shipped a day early
3. package was delivered early
A-to-Z deducted amount of this order from our account and did NOT cover it as per amazon.com policy
we appealed, without any explanation they are holding to their original verdict
WHY?
followed all amazon.com policy rules and got punished.

What was the reason for the claim?
Amazon's buy shipping guarantee only applies If the clam is for late or non-delvery, and the package was scanned by the carrier before the end of the ship by window.

Well, Amazon just awarded my scamming buyer a free book at my expense. Buyer admitted in an e-mail that she provided the wrong address. Book was sent back to the post office, which is a 7-minute drive from her house. I called the post office, and the clerk informed me that the customer picked up the book. Amazon refunds customer from MY account. This is why I'm leaving this dump site as soon as my pending orders clear. Never once happens on ANY OTHER site.
