Hello, I have created a listing and have been the sole owner/seller for the past 6 months or so. Recently one of the variations became unavailable on the product page. Upon checking the parent asin and the listing details it gave me the 5886 error, stating that I can't add or edit another seller's Generic listing! I contacted the seller support and spent 10+ hours. They told me 4 different times that it was fixed and that I had to wait 24 hours. Of course, nothing happened, this morning I woke up and saw that now 10 out of 21 variations of this listing are giving the same error and became unavailable on the listing. I connect to the chat again and of course, they give me usually help page links with nonsense information and tell me I can't edit someone else Generic product. Meanwhile, it is my own product, I created every page, parent ASIN, and variation. I have been the only seller on it since it opened (I literally checked every day to see if someone else was selling it).

As a result of separation, the error listings are separated from the parent to their own page, splitting the reviews and decreasing the page views. Once I give them this information Seller Support instantly thinks it's usually a parent-child error. They made me create a new parent etc etc.
Support keep responding with this non-sense I don't understand if they cannot understand when I say I Created contributed and sold this listing.

I just got another listing of my hijacked. Generic listing, a company (that hijacked many-many of my listings before) added their brand and now I'm locked out of my own listing. Contacted Amazon like 5 hours ago. The situation didn't change. I have zero faith in Amazon help. They are doing this all the time, letting the same thing happen over and over. This hijacker is not even just doing this to my product, they do this to other sellers too. Yet, they are allowed to do it for some unknown reason. Why hijackers can operate on Amazon for YEARS and not getting banned for violating rules? I mean it's no just a one time thing. And not 1 small rule. They are keep doing this for years now, the same company.
I have a generic product that I sell and CREATED. For some reason 1 of the 21 variations got inactivated giving me the 5886 error. After contacting seller support about this issue they, of course, were not able to fix it but rather, they messed it up even more. One agent told me that she made adjustments from her end, in 48 hours and everything would be fixed. The next day 9 more variations got deactivated, and 10 of the 21 variations were inactive. This lady messed up everything. Now they are not answering any cases not doing anything. The listing is just doing the weirdest stuff. The BSR of the listing was 19k when I first created the case, even though the sales were good whatever they did the listing fell to BSR 100k in just one day. This tells enough that it wasn't a drop in sales that caused this BSR drop but rather a listing category change or something that these people did from their end. A total mess, I have a good amount of inventory still in FBA which scares me more that these people won't be able to fix this.
I just feel so regretful for contacting Seller Support. Because I thought to myself when I was creating the ticket for the first variation, I was like is it worth trying to fix this with seller support or should I just create a new variation to not let seller support mess up everything? Unfortunately, I was stupid enough to trust the seller's support.
I would really appreciate tips on elevating this or taking further steps.
Update: Seller support confirmed they mistakenly marked my variations as inconsistent brand parent/child relations. However, they say they can't fix it because the system won't allow them to do so. Since it is an algorithm/coding error they don't have permission or any force to do such a change.
