Is there a loophole or issue with Amazon's advertising system?

Since May, new products (both branded and unbranded) have been experiencing insufficient or extremely low exposure even with sufficient CPC bids, and it's difficult to find advertising slots. Listings and images have been modified in accordance with Amazon's rules. Is there some kind of issue or loophole with Amazon's advertising system?

If your listings are have all been updated and are compliant, you may expect to see advertising efforts improve if the listings were inactive, but now are active. If you believe other issues or a loophole might be afoot, you will want to connect with our Ads Support team for some troubleshooting.
