Don't know if other sellers are experiencing this...Amazon is padding the crap out of our transit times...we are well above the 90% OTDR yet they're showing our items won't be delivered until Dec 4-6!! that's 10-12 shipping days, we have our transit time for these areas set at 2-4 days with 1 day handling...and according to our dashboard they are only supposed to be adding .8 days so there's an extra 8 days being added!!!! some sort of ploy to drive more business to FBA during the holidays? this is inexcusable there has got to be some sort of recourse otherwise FBM sellers will all be out of business by next year....we're losing all of our buy boxes due to this 'error'!
Dealing with the same thing on our end... as a top 100 Amazon 3P seller. This will be incredibly detrimental to 3P businesses, especially this time of the year.
@Nano_Amazon @Glenn_Amazon @Cooper_Amazon @Atlas_Amazon @Josh_Amazon @Roberto_Amazon @Jameson_Amazon can we get some help here??
Thank you for these questions about promise extensions @Seller_ijrzJr7DN7y12 and @Seller_ZDUFw1qRNIbgB. If you have created seller help cases about this issue, please share the Case ID with me so I can ask our partner team to confirm that extensions are being correctly applied to orders and offers.
I have shared seller feedback with our partner team regarding promise extensions, and that team is working on improving the messaging available to sellers. I will follow up in this and related threads when that information becomes available.
Please note that the Fulfillment Insights Dashboard does not display current promise extensions for your orders/offers. It shows the delivery promise extensions for the time window shown at the top of that page.

same here! 4 days added, perfect metrics!
it's telling me it will take over a week to get to my own address...WTH, this is the worst estimates I've ever seen and I've been on this site for over 15 years, it's killing all my buy boxes and my business. I will not spend another penny on advertising until Amazon fixes this!
On top of this I have explained multiple times that one shipping is not feasible due to unforeseen weather events.
I am in the Hudson Valley. We had a huge snowstorm last night and will snow all day. Amazon cannot deliver as the roads are not plowed and branches have come down allover. amazon cannot even come up any driveways because of the snow
BUT YET I have to ship out today? Should I go by sled.
And yes all my orders have had multiple days added, and then there are issues on products saying I have to ship in a few hours then other same product in two days. This was not thought of well. @KJ_Amazon
My suggest automatic handling times imposed by Amazon need to be changed 1-3 days because climate change is real. If Amazon cannot deliver then no one else can.
STORM WATCH: First winter storm of the season brings more than 6 inches of snow to parts of the Hudson Valley
A round of snow mixed with rain at times is causing travel headaches today with more on and off mixed rain and snow through the day.

REST OF TODAY: Mixed rain and snow showers. Windy and cold with very slippery travel, especially in snow covered areas. Highs near 42 degrees will feel like the 30s all day. Wind gusts 20 to 35 mph can lead to additional power outages.
@KJ_Amazon
Well you will have to explain to management, that my customers will start going to my other selling platforms because they know I wont be hampered by these so called "innovations" designed to promote Prime.
Amazon has designed the AHT and other so I have to ship slower so I won't have to ship one day which is absurd as I explained in another post about weather events.
having SSA and AHT enabled will reduce shipping times displayed to buyers.
Somewhat related: I just had a USPS Priority Package take 12 days to get from MO to MI.
Exactly the same situation here. But in my case, it seems to be an issue caused by some ASINs being out of stock in the past. So, we set a Restock Date in Seller Central and customers kept buying. When the products were back in stock, we shipped them promptly. The issue seems to be caused by us shipping the products 2-3 weeks later than the buyer purchased them (since they were on preorder). Even though the product is in stock right now, Amazon records that it took 2-3 weeks to ship it and now, regardless of what I set for Handling Time or Delivery Time, Amazon assumes that I will always ship in 2-3 weeks.
By the way, our OTDR is 100%.
@KJ_AmazonCould you please help us with our case too? Case ID 16681483631
If you have USPS Ground Advantage setup as the only carrier delivery service - that might be why.
Change shipping services (create a test template to try it and assign to one of the ASINs) to UPS Ground or FedEx Ground only and you will see different, much faster delivery time for your orders - depending on a zip code.If you like what you see - assign a shipping template to the rest of your ASINs. I would stick with UPS Ground - FedEx is expensive.USPS Ground Advantage delivery delays are so bad as of last week or so - that it makes sense that Amazon did that. We see the USPS Ground Advantage package sitting at Florida USPS Distribution centers for over a week without movement. Specifically FL DISTRIBUTION CENTERs.Maybe USPS Ground Advantage service delays got so bad only in Florida -not sure but packages sent to other states arrive 1-2 days later which is not too bad but still not OK.USPS Priority service seems to be better but I would stay away from USPS this holiday season.I am afraid those horrible USPS delays from a few years back might happen again this holiday season.
Good luck!

This spreadsheet garbage is rubbish.
Also seller support says "this will increase sales" we all know that is rubbish as you get the same payout all the time! Confirmed this with an amazon rep that confessed it to me then got mad I knew.
