My account was deactivated for nothing.

I am sure that my account was disabled by mistake, but even though I explained it to Amazon many times, they do not want to understand. I got help from the software while listing the product and there was a software error, the name of another brand was mentioned in the search term and my lists were removed. My account is disabled. I cannot access the list. Adding the list again is not allowed and I cannot fix it. I do not know what to do.asin::B0DPMWRGSN

Moving forward, Amazon will require a presentation of a valid invoice for brand and authenticity verification. This invoice must clearly show the purchase of the products from the brand owner or an authorized distributor. It should include details such as the product names, quantities, and the brand name. This step is crucial in verifying the authenticity of the products and your authorization to sell them under specific brand names.

This requirement serves multiple purposes:

  1. It protects legitimate brand owners from unauthorized sellers.
  2. It ensures customers receive authentic products.
  3. It helps prevent situations, where unintended brand names in listings can lead to account issues.

We understand this process may seem hard, but it's designed to create a more secure and trustworthy marketplace for all.
