This order was unusual as the customer repeatedly mentioned they couldn't return the item, so we had to purchase and provide a shipping label ourselves. Normally, when a buyer requests a return, it should be processed automatically with a prepaid label, making returns easy. For some reason, this return couldn't be processed automatically, so we provided a shipping label, which the buyer used to return the item. We then issued a full refund immediately, covering all shipping costs ourselves.
Additionally, the customer mentioned missing parts, but it wasn't the main unit's parts. They were referring to refill capsules that need to be purchased separately. We offered a partial refund so they could buy the refill capsules, but this was also refused. From my perspective, I did everything possible to resolve the issue, and it's very stressful that our account is now on the verge of suspension due to this single feedback.
I could understand if I had ignored the customer's request, argued, or refused to assist, but I handled everything promptly and efficiently. I don't understand why this feedback was left. Please, I kindly ask you to remove this feedback.

hey man, I have a query about your previous issue, sorry. your case was closed and not allowed to send a post on previous issue. You were struggling to get paid due to account level reserve. How did you solve that?
