We are writing to advise Amazon on what is happening on our seller account.
After regaining featured offer eligibility in early 2022, we lost it on 22nd December last year. We had retained eligibility continuously for nearly 18 months.
At this point we opened a discussion in January 2024 which was eventually passed onto Seller Support for resolution (case ID 14636027041).
We also opened a case on the 5th of January 2024 - see case ID 14581840071.
Since then we have lost featured offer 5 times and each time we requested an escalated account review - within a couple of days we had our buy box reinstated.
Please refer case ID 14636027041 - Felisa reached out to us from Seller Support regarding our post to Amazon Seller Forums related to case ID 14581840071. Initially our loss of featured offer was attributed to pricing health issues. We clarified this and then continued our request for an escalated account review because we believed our account was in the best of health and there was no reason as to why we were denied featured offer.
Please then see message from Felisa on the 19th of January 2024 when she said: "Your listings have been reviewed and you can view in your inventory that some of them are now eligible for and are winning the Buy Box. While I am not able to share much details regarding this resolution, I can confirm that your listings did require a manual review in order to resolve your concern."
Recently on the 22nd of April 2024 we lost it again, we requested a review and had it reinstated but lost it again with a couple of days.
Clearly there appears to be an issue with Amazon's algorithm for removing featured offer from sellers is not 100% accurate every time - it appears to be entirely Ai driven and this is affecting us.
We strongly believe there is a deeper issue here that is causing our account to lose featured offer repeatedly. As a seller on Amazon, we work very hard to maintain our account in the best of health so that we can give ourselves the best chance to win buy box. As evidence of this as stated previously, we maintained featured offer eligibility for nearly 18 months between 2022 and 2023.
Therefore we would like to request a manual review or escalated account review of our listings?
