Need Help with Product Misidentified as RF Device
I am experiencing an issue where my products (electric wheelchairs) have been misidentified as an RF device by Amazon.
My products do not emit or receive any radio frequencies, nor do they have any wireless capabilities. It operates solely via a wired joystick connected to a controller, with no antennas, Bluetooth, or other RF-emitting components.
Despite submitting appeal my listings have not been reinstated.

I would greatly appreciate guidance or escalation to get this matter resolved.

Thanks for posting to the Forums. I've reviewed the details of this issue. In case 16745046941, you were informed that the ASINs B0D8J3P6C9 & B0D8J1H8NT currently meets the compliance criteria and there are no current restrictions and will continue to be sellable on Amazon. I have confirmed they are live on the website.
For case 16744940151, the ASIN B0CZF1193P is also live on the website, so this should be good to go.
