I understand that my account was deactivated after the virtual identity verification process, as your team believes that my account may have been used to engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity.
I have already submitted my appeal and supporting documents through the Account Health Dashboard as instructed. However, I have not yet received a positive response or update regarding my account status. Could you kindly confirm if my submission has been received and reviewed? If there are any additional steps or documents required, please let me know so I can address them promptly
How long ago did you submit everything?
EVERYTHING is backed up due to all the suspensions for people that simply can't be bothered to read any rules as well as other changes that they have made regarding ‘generic’ product rules.
Amazon time is not anything close to what the rest of the world recognizes as a time frame. That (insert a number) of hours used so often by Amazon can be anywhere from three days to three weeks or even longer.
Find the suspension notice and POST THAT (the ENTIRE thing) but remove all personal information first.
Anyone answering will need to see what wording they used and what they are asking for.
