Read onlyWe have run into an issue in which we are unable to update inventory via seller central when an item sells out.
We can update inventory for items that are in stock, but if an item hits 0 we cannot add more.
For some reason seller central now has a multi level inventory system for us, but we only have 1 location.
Has this happened to anybody else?
Yeah. Not sure why this was changed but you have to go to "Edit Listing' and change it there.
We have been experiencing this since last week. Opened a case and was told to update inventory using a product template.
If you click on the zero it opens a new screen and you can update it there as well
