Hi, I have recently gotten a email from amazon regarding a Ip violation that resulted in my account getting deactivated. i have submitted all relevant invoices with a screenshot of my DHL account and still they say i do not have enough information, they asked for information regarding suplier, buyer, product details and order date are all available in the invoice. I am at a loss since amazon keeps sending the same template email over and over again and i have provided all of the relevant information.
The IP violation also states that the brand One piece is the Ip i violated however just by doing a quick search we can see:

Ungated, so i should be able to sell this product no?
what does ungated have to do with authentic products, sourced from a brand approved WHOLESALE ONLY distributor, with BRAND authorization to retail for them on Amazon?
UNFORTUNATELY no. This is ONE big trap for new sellers. With all their right they think: "oh nice, I am ungated in NIKE, so I am ALLOWED to sell Nike on Amazon". No, that's not the case and if you READ this forum daily you would have seen at least five such threads per day.
Now the harm is done and you have lost all your possibilities to sell ever again on Amazon. I hope you didn't send invenory to FBA, Amazon MUST BY LAW confiscate and destroy those units. Now it's too late for you, but in case some other newbie is reading this thread I mention: for selling BRANDS on Amazon a seller needs:
1. A "Letter of Authorization" from the brand allowing you to sell their brand on Amazon.
2. INVOICE (not receipt) from an authorized distributor. An invoice is a document with your name and address, exactly how you registered it in your seller account under "Legal Entity" and "Official Registered Address". And an authorized distributor is a company authorized by the brand owner.
