Customer Product Reviews Policy Violations
My account is at risk of being deactivated due to a "Customer Product Reviews Policy Violations". I have submitted all the information they need, but they need me to provide documentation that supports the preventative steps that you have taken to ensure that no one working on behalf of you will engage in requesting favorable reviews or feedback, offer incentives to post a review or feedback, or ask for Personal Information in the future.
I want to know what it is, please help me

did you explain how it comes that you have reviews and ratings coming from other than regular customers?
You have to explain, how you want to prevent this from happening in the future. If you don't understand use Google Translator.

Hello @Seller_wBR5mVCusLPQ4,
Thank you for posting your concerns with a product review violation.
I hope Amazon will consider it for me, I promise that there will be no such action in the future
The preventative steps that I have taken to ensure that no one working on behalf of I will engage in requesting favorable reviews or feedback offer incentives to post a review or feedback or ask for Personal Information in the future.
I do appreciate you providing your appeal, I still see areas of opportunity when it comes to your preventative measures. You mentioned a few things but they lack implementation, and maintenance. Here are a few key points you mentioned that I would have you expand upon to improve your preventative measures:
- There will be no such action in the future
- Never Engages in asking for favorable reviews
- Never offer Incentives for reviews
Are you the only person who manages or runs your account? Do you have any customer service team, hired assistant or employees? How will you ensure these happens, have you implemented any changes in your practices that you can offer? Will you be using any tools or features in the future when requesting feedback or reviews within our policy?
- Never ask for personal information
I wanted to inquire more on this statement, as it didn't seem like this was a situation associated to personal information. You want your information to stay on track with the root cause as providing off topic information may show you do not fully understand the situation, resulting in rejection.
As you're updating your preventative measures, please keep in mind that you want to stay away from 1-liners such as "I will do this", "I won't do that". You want to provide a statement of how your business and yourself will comply with these policies moving forward. What "actionable implementation" can you provide so our review teams can measure your efforts against the situation as a whole.
Please provide the contact information (Example - Name, email, address, phone number and website.) of any third parties you have engaged.
But I did it myself, not any third parties. am I supposed to fill in my information?
No, if you did not use or hire someone in this situation, it will not be required. Simply advise as you did that you conducted the request, and provide the subsequently requested details that are available.
If you would like, you can post your updated information here for additional review or feedback, I would be happy to continue offering what guidance I can in this situation. I do also want to thank @Seller_rI7BZIczK8iAC for their guidance and help.
The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
