Unable to Modify SFP Cut-Off Time
I have my SFP settings as shown below, but the cut-off time for 2-day Prime shipping appears to be 1 PM local time instead of the 5 PM time that I have set. Interestingly, 1-day shipping to my 1-day Prime delivery area from the same shipping template appears to have a cut-off time of 4 PM local time.
Neither of these cut-off times reflect what I am expecting based on my carrier and day settings. I did notice that I am unable to adjust the Premium Shipping cut-off time from 2 PM.
Any help on this?

Is this still an issue for you, or were you able to contact support and find the solution? Are you blocked from configuring order cut-off times to 2:00 p.m. or later local time Monday-Friday, or are you locked at 2:00?
