Read onlyFor the last week I have noticed that some of our FBM orders are being given a same day expected shipping date even though we do not offer same day shipping, and so when we ship them next day as we always have they are being marked as late shipment. I have gone through our shipping templates and the handling times are all set correctly, but for some reason these orders are not following that. Speaking to seller support has been no help at all (as per usual) just telling me to 'download the late shipment report where i will see they were shipped late' (which is how i found these orders in the first place andcontacted them about it...)
The orders themselves also say standard shipping and not premium (which we don't offer anyway) so they should be set to next day shipping like all our other orders.
Anyone else having this issue?

I reached out to the Partner Team about this and here's what they said:
They've reviewed your account and while they unfortunately can't change the metrics directly (as they're calculated automatically by the system), they have added a note to your account about this situation. They've assured this will be considered during any future account reviews.
I know this might not be the solution you were hoping for, but at least there's documentation of the issue on your account now.

I’ve been having the same issue recently and I’m just wondering exactly where you went to change the shipping info to make sure this doesn’t happen as I can’t find anything relevant in the shipping profile?
