AWD SHIPMENTS: Does it always take this long for AWD shipments to be delivered to the warehouse?

Hello, there. I just used AWD for the first time. The shipment was picked up 09/09, and it is still in transit by today 09/25. Does it always take this long for AWD shipments to be delivered to the warehouse? Or is it just because this is the first shipment? Can any body share your experience about using AWD? Thanks!

Hi @Seller_3XVs5qrzKU2LH, is this inbound to the AWD facility or a shipment from AWD to the FBA site? While there are a few dozen threads recently with sellers' AWD experiences, if you have a shipment or case ID in question I can take a further look with the partner team.

Our AWD shipments have been taking 3-5 weeks to be received since the beginning of September. Before that it was 2-3 weeks
