Account inactive

Hello,

In june 2024 i opened my account on Amazon seller central but i have not yet started selling (due to maternity leave). Now i logged in and it says that my account is inactive. I followed the link to reactivate my account and i also uploaded my ID as it was required, but nothing happened since then and my account is still inactive.

Is there an email i can write to, where someone would be able to provide me with more details as to what is going on?

Correct. It is nothing against seller, it is just to protect the buyer who may or may not have problem new sellers often pose during the holiday season. See what happens in January.

Do you have a credit card (not debit or pre-paid) entered in your account? You can't sell without one.

I'm hoping you were already able to work with our support teams toward reinstatement, but if not, please do let me know the case ID you've used to discuss with them so I can take a closer look! I'd also recommend taking a moment to review your 'Performance Notifications' located within the 'Performance' section of Seller Central as the primary locale where our teams will send needed identification verification needs, or other top-line information about your account!
