New Customer Product Policy Review Violation

Hello,

I need some help here. On ASIN: B0013H53YW (which was sold on Apr. 4) said we have a customer review policy violation. I review Amazon's policy and the information that is being asked for in Submit Appeal. What I do no understand is that we do not do none of the things that are listed. In 20 years and 20,000 plus reviews, I believe that this is the first customer product policy review violation. @Amazon, can you please help me understand exactly which customer product policy I violated? IF we did in fact violate the policy, I need to know exactly which violation it is so I can correct it. Thank you in advance.

Hi @Seller_B0a0DusvVthM4,

Thank you for your post. I understand you are dealing with a review violation. For these kinds of violations, you will typically need to dispute that any policy has been violated to remove the violation.

How can you show that the Customer product reviews policy has not been violated? Some items to consider for the dispute would be as follows:

- What contact have you had with buyers regarding review content?

- How have you contacted these buyers? Please be aware, the only permissible way to contact your customers would be through the Buyer-Seller messages.

- What is your shipping process? Specifically regarding any kind of inserts in the packaging?

- Have you offered any incentives regarding this ASIN?

Within the linked help page is a list of ways for a listing can violate policy. In addition to the questions I presented here in the thread, I would recommend looking at each of these points and providing how your listing has adhered to this policy. You can then share this information using the "Submit Appeal" button from the violation

Please feel free to reach out with any further questions or account updates, and we will assist you as best we can.

Regards,

Troy
