Listing policy violation, when I click review blocked reason it's for an ASIN which is not ours.
Restricted product policy violations for ASIN
However when I check the product policy violation it lists an ASIN which is not ours.
ASIN: B01IF92EDS
SKU: BB0002
Listing status: Inactive
Case ID - 16076916351 - selling partner support directed me to account health, account health couldn't see any violation even though the item was listed as blocked.
Can I please get a community specilist help?
