My listing status remains inactive for CANADA, but it is active for United States. The “Reactivate Account” banner link is not present, neither the ""Identity Verification" banner. And the two links that Amazon Selling Partner Support sent me (Begin Verification in North America) does not work. Those links only takes me to another information page, but they does not allow me to attach any document, nor validate or reactivate anything. And they still keep sending me the same link every time that I report the issue. How can I reactivate my account???

Have you gone into your account settings to see if you accidentally put Canada in the 'on vacation' mode?
Believe it or not, that seems to happen quire a bit.

I went ahead and escalated the case to my partner team for further review as I can see there is na issue with the reactivate account link on my end as well.
I will keep you posted with updates as soon as I have new information.
