Deactivated Account- Stranded Inventory
My account was deactivated and now has stranded inventory to which I am being charged storage fees. I no longer want the account and would like it closed and want the inventory disposed. But get the following message:

N/A
Fulfillable inventory
Total
2 units
Total available for removal
0 units
Total not available for removal
2 units
Inventory in location that cannot process removals - please contact us
I cant contact anyone to resolve this issue so not so where to turn to. Any ideas?

Thank you for posting your concerns with your account and FBA fees.
Regarding the FBA fees, could you provide us with a case ID so that we can review that situation further.
Additionally, regarding your account deactivation and request to close the store. Any store in a deactivated state cannot be permanently or successfully closed. You can see some of our requirements to close your selling account.
If you would like guidance on the reactivation steps or requirements, I would suggest additionally providing your deactivation notice so that myself and the community can offer further guidance.
