TRO Settled and Dismissal Notice Sent to Amazon, but Funds Remain Frozen—Urgent Assistance Needed

Dear Seller Forum Administrators,

I hope to seek your assistance in resolving an urgent issue I am currently facing. Although my Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) was lifted on September 17, I am still unable to withdraw over $100,000 of frozen funds.

Case Number: 24-cv-06747

August 21: Received TRO from the Seller Performance Team

August 27: Signed a settlement agreement with the rights holder

September 17: Plaintiff submitted a notice of withdrawal to Amazon

However, as of October 29, all my funds on Amazon remain frozen.

I have contacted the Amazon support team multiple times and provided the settlement agreement presented by the plaintiff. My lawyer has also twice submitted relevant documents to Amazon on my behalf. Despite ongoing communication, the status of multiple cases still shows as "Transferred," and previous cases cannot be reopened after five days of inactivity.

My account is in good standing, with no additional TRO cases or A-to-Z claims. I have also attempted to contact the plaintiff's attorney, but have received little to no response or assistance.

I have noticed that other sellers typically have their funds unfrozen within 1-2 weeks after the plaintiff submits a settlement agreement. Given my active efforts in this matter, I am perplexed why my funds have not yet been released.

Since receiving my last payment on August 2, my account has been unable to withdraw for nearly 90 days, which has put immense financial pressure on me regarding payroll and supplier payments, severely impacting my business operations.

I urgently seek assistance to resolve this matter as soon as possible. I kindly ask for your guidance or assistance in expediting the release of my funds, which I would greatly appreciate. Thank you very much for your attention and support.

Thank you for the information provided regarding the issues you have seen with the funds. I understand that you have worked out the reserve with rights owner and are currently awaiting the release. I did review the cases, but was unable to identify the evidence and documents pertaining to the release of the TRO. Can you verify that this can be found in one of the above cases?
