FedEx and Other Carrer Adjustments

More adjustments today from FedEx. No explanation. Definitely not dimensional or weight. Not right Amazon for you to do this. Amazon needs to quit this practice until they can 1) provide transparency 2) fix the pricing being passed onto buyers at time of shipping that shows the correct charges.

Hello @Seller_tltjh6QSyzuC8

In some cases, updated carrier-audited dimensions and weights from FedEx are not being displayed in Seller Central. You can review the FedEx website tracking information to check if there are different dimensions/weights displayed there.

Otherwise, if you have questions about why there was a difference between the original label charge and the adjustment/charge issued by the carrier, you should contact seller support and request that information.

FedEx is a bait and switch company, phantom charges is their specialty, address correction, special handling packages, the excuse that their machines duplicate, triple the dimensions, they know it, they know they are profitable beyond any complaint, they usually deny the cases, if you want to save money do not use FedEx.

Its truly a disgrace. They are the ONLY site we have any issues like this with. We ship the same exact items for years without issue. All of a sudden last two years these phony "adjustments" and "others" charges are coming up. We should ALL be refunded as these are bogus fees. I could understand if they were real. In our case and I am sure many other cases, NOT at all legit

It took me 1 month to persuade Amazon to dispute this charge to FedEx. FedEx acknowledged and issued the refund - to Amazon (because the FedEx account is in Amazon's name).

For the past month or so, Amazon has been hoarding onto my refund from FedEx. They have not credited me back as promised within their imaginary 24 hours!! The support tickets are being transferred from agent to agent, to the extent that I am blocked from contacting Amazon in that matter.

Amazon has truly become a company that doesn't know and doesn't care when things break....and the countless bugs in their system... don't get me started!
