Read onlyNew Seller here. I have set my handling time to 1 day. I ship the afternoon of the next business day, but I usually don't get to my office, where I would mark the order shipped on my desktop computer, until the evening. Can anyone tell me, must I mark an order as shipped by 5:00 P.M. on the next business day, or can I mark it shipped at any time on the next business day? (I have only my phone with me during the day, and a hand tremor makes it very difficult for me to input data on a phone.)

According to the help page (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/G200955560), with 1-day handling time:
There's no specific 5 PM cutoff time for marking orders as shipped. Your current workflow of confirming shipments from your desktop in the evening is perfectly compliant with Amazon's requirements.
