I have Saturday and Sunday shipping off.
I recieved an order on Friday. Saturday I got an email that the Friday order shipment is late. I double checked my handling time and that my Saturday and Sunday shipping was off. It all looks right.
I have been selling on Amazon for a lot of years. I've never shipped on Saturday. I always ship Friday orders on Monday. I've never got a late shipment ding. I sell large, seasonal items mostly FBA. I do offer Seller Fulfilled but don't get many orders through FBM. So my sales are very low at the moment and this late shipment will push me over the 4% late shipment rate on my Account Health so this is a big concern.
What am I missing?
