Read onlyWe have two listings tagged with violations for Restricted Product Policy Violations, mainly for pesticide products, which require an EPA registration number or documentation.
In the listing creation, we already declared that the product is exempted from EPA registration based on the article for epa.gov exempted from FIFRA.
We could also provide an EPA certification with an Establishment number just in case the system filters our account. However, the system still tagged us as having violated the law. So, we tried to appeal with the appeal letter with all the information needed for the exemption and the establishment number.
As usual, the compliance team auto-rejected and did not read the appeal letter, and the other department kept saying we needed to create a new listing with a new ASIN and SKU, which is not the resolution we're looking for. The listing is abided by compliance with the pesticide. On a side note, the listing hasn't even launched to the market, nor has any inventory, and is currently being modified by our team.
I need to escalate this since the Account Health Specialist team isn't helpful anymore. Is it me, or is Amazon cutting its budget and hiring people from India? They're not helpful at all. You're already frustrated with the violation and talking to someone who can't even understand you.
We need to recover our listing, and this is the appeal case IDs 17523705991 and 17523960061 that has been auto rejected.
